I didn't end up wearing it because I had to tie the laces so tight to not make my boobs visible, but that made my flesh stick out of the laces which was weird. Absolutely gorgeous dress, so I was disappointed.

This dress was beautiful yet professional - perfect for my work event. It was soft and comfortable and the keyhole made the dress unique without showing any cleavage. It's extremely, extremely flattering and I got many compliments, even at this scientific conference where fashion isn't really the topic of any conversation! The material is gorgeous and with gold shoes this would look fabulous - on a very tall person. Since I'm only 5'3", with the relatively loose elastic of the waist, it wasn't too flattering...it just looked like a dumpy sack. At the very least, I would get one size down. This would be a super comfortable dress that would look at home at any night club, for you ladies who are sick of binding uncomfortable dresses!

You will need a backless bra or petals for this number - it exposes a lot of side boob to the point where I felt uncomfortable. I ended up not wearing it for the event, but it may have been ok if I kept my arms by my side all night!

This was of course too long, since I'm 5'3", even with heels, but some temporary hemming did the trick! The dress is sleek and i got many compliments. But - my friend in the picture rented the Badgley Mischka Rouge Rosalind Peplum gown and she got 100x more compliments. Her dress was a true knockout standout, mine I'd say was just fine for a formal event.

Anytime I rent from RtR people compliment me on my dress, but this one got more compliments than anything else! It's very old-Hollywood glamour, and at an LA wedding where everyone's in short dresses, this one really stood out. I also loved that it was SO COMFY! Fun to spin around on the dance floor, too. I had always shied away from renting floor-length dresses because I worried they would be too long. I chatted with an RtR stylist and she said to go for it, so I did! It was slightly too long but my heels were only 3-inchers.

I had to wear hot pink and black for a concert. This is a bad picture that doesn't do the dress justice! It lies so perfectly and the long sleeves and lace are extremely flattering. When photos were posted online, I got comments like 'THAT DRESS!!!" I wore the 4 during the concert, and then slipped into the 6 for the after party so I could be more comfortable and dance - loved this dress overall.

I wore this to a wedding where I knew everyone would be dressed to the nines. The petals, which look semi-weird in the picture, are extremely cute in person. I had a teeny concern that it would look too bridal/white, but the pink makes sure it is definitely appropriate for a wedding guest. What I loved most about it was that it stays put - I didn't have to spend all night tugging it up like I do with other strapless dresses. My boyfriend said "When did you get this dress?! It's my new favorite!"
