Don't wait, just rent this dress!
This was a stunner of a dress and I got compliments all night long. I thought the dress was black, but it's actually a very deep navy. The style is very forgiving and hides any self-conscious parts well. I did stitch up the awkward slit in the chest so I wouldn't be pulling it closed all night, used a teeny bit of tape on the top to keep the neckline in place, and brought the length up about 4 inches using hem tape (the material was so easy to work with to do this too). Would definitely rent again!

An unexpected standout
I LOVED this dress. It was my backup for a black tie wedding and not only was it comfortable to both sit and dance in, but the fabric and lining skimmed over any self conscious areas. The top was both a flattering neckline and had enough coverage that a regular bra could be worn. The light colored lining is more of a silver/gray/pewter rather than cream or ivory, so I opted for black shoes instead of nude. If you are on the shorter side, allow yourself enough time to figure out how to tape up the hem, as the layers are sewn together in the back of the dress. I am 4'11" and brought the hem up about 4 inches (and wore 4 inch platform shoes).

Gorgeous color and style, but too low cut for me
I rented this dress in 10R and 12R for a black tie wedding. I tried on the 12R in the San Francisco store which fit, but the 10 fit much better, especially when tucking the spaghetti straps under my arms when wearing (they are just way too long). I did not end up wearing this for the wedding, however, because while the 10fit well, it was a bit too low cut for my chest and for the occasion.

Adorable!
I was able to size down to the small for this cute alternative to a wrap dress. A bit snug in the hips when doing so, but the front skirt style helped hide this. My regular size medium was just too big for me to feel comfortable wearing it. I rented this for a daytime work event and paired it with a chunky gold necklace and nude pumps.

Unique and flattering!
I rented this for a friend's rehearsal dinner in Manhattan. The material is thick and stretchy and fit nicely in all the right places. I ended up wearing the 8 instead of the 10, but honestly could have sized down to a 6 as this runs on the larger size. I highly recommend this for the shorties out there! I am 4'11 and the length was great! Would rent again.

Back-up dress to the rescue!
This was a back-up dress that fit perfectly! The length was perfect (above the knee) for my height and the cut flattered the midsection, which was a huge plus. Highly recommended!

Beautiful dress, nice details, but did not wear.
The 10 fit like a dream with my broad shoulders, but the waist was too tight for my athletic build. The 12 fit perfect in the waist but was enormous up top, so I could not wear either.
