When it came, it was wrinkled in the bag.
I called RTR and tried to get a refund, as I could not wear the shirt wrinkled. The associate was very friendly but insisted on trying to overnight the item to me. It would be cheaper for the company to just issue a refund but they are committed to pleasing the customer - which is very nice but again, the refund would've sufficed as I had little hope in the "overnight" process. I live in a remote mountain town and things are rarely delivered on time. The garment eventually came but wasn't delivered to my house until after I left for the event. Next time, I will not choose something that could potentially wrinkle in transit.

Stunning dress! So many compliments! It fit really well and hugged all of the right places.
The zipper was a little stubborn with the lace but the fit was great.
