I got tons of compliments on this dress!
First, sorry that the pic doesn't show more detail! Pros - sparkly and long sleeves (ideal for a winter event). The dress is stretchy, but as many other reviewers have stated - it's not easy to get this dress on or off. It hit me about mid thigh. I would highly consider wearing spanx with this dress if you have a tummy, otherwise the rouching might draw attention to it. Overall, I loved it!

This is a bold necklace, but by the end of the evening I forgot I was wearing it. It really lit up my face and black dress. This is a must try necklace for little black dresses or open necklines. Will rent again.

The dress was a perfect fit and very comfortable
I have an hourglass figure and this dress is very flattering. Be cautioned if you're pear shaped that this dress may accentuate your hips. The v-neck was perfect for a business holiday function- no need to pin or wear a cami.
