Classy and comfortable
Very nice fit. Comfortable dress as it has some stretch and the velvet is good quality. Slit was higher than expected but still mostly appropriate for a work gala. The small fit great. I’ve been a size six recently due to wider hips/thighs but my waist is still pretty small. So the flex in this dress worked well.

Fun, flirty, comfortable
This dress fit nicely, has a little stretch but material was high quality - thick and velvety. I wore size 6 and the hip area was just a tiny but tight but nothing that was too noticeable. Very comfortable all night long and lots of fun! Loved it.

Comfortable and elegant
The dress fits nicely and was very comfortable, while I’m normally a 6 nowadays the 4 fit perfectly. I’m almost 5’9” and was able to wear a 1.5 inch heel comfortably with the regular length. The material is fairly thin though so it was a bit breezy for a winter event. In addition, if you are self conscious about your curves you might want to wear shapewear under this dress because of how it sticks to every part of your body.

Beautiful but wrong size
Loved this dress but the 6 was too small and the backup size wasn’t available so I wore a different fit for my event. I normally wear a 6 so definitely size up with this style. Nice thick fabric. The under liner does seem to show on the slit but hard to tell with the dress being tight.

Loved it!
Comfortable fit with a bit of stretch and nice thick material. I wore this to a black tie fundraiser in late fall and felt very comfortable and elegant all night. Got the 4L and 6L and while both fit fine I wore the 6L because it made the slit a bit less revealing. I’m almost 5’9” and with two inch heels the dress was probably shorter than I would prefer but it wasn’t bad. Picture shows the 4L on me.

Great dress!
Loved the dress! Very comfortable and stretchy. I could have worn the medium or the small but opted to go a bit tighter with the small! The nude accent color doesn’t come through as much as the original picture of the dress when, it looked more black overall, but that’s ok.

Beautiful, classic, comfortable!
I got this as my second backup dress because my problem area, the hips, were less at risk with this silhouette. The straight/a-line options versus trumpet shape works much better with my extremely small bust and waist, but larger hips. Wore the 2L. Super comfortable and just a simple and classic look. It could have been a bit longer but it wasn’t bad. I am 5’9” and wore a 2” heel.

Loved the dress but couldn’t get it in my size. Got as a backup dress in a size 2L (4 wasn’t available) and while I could have worn it, it was a bit too tight for my liking. Also, it has a part of the dress that opens wider for hips, and that sat a little too high for my actual body (ie. the torso wasn’t long enough). The fabric was nice and thick, and it was a beautiful dress. Super comfortable, soft and has a bit of a stretch.

Runs small. Beautiful silhouette.
Loved the style of the dress and the thicker material, and really wish I could have worn it but both the size 2 and 4 didn’t fit. I’m 5’9” and many times can fit into a 2 because of my smaller waist size but this dress ran exceptionally small. The hips also didn’t fit. This dress definitely seems like it is for shorter people (or people with a short torso) because the area that was wider where your hips would go, fell at my waist. I tried getting a photo of it but it’s hard to tell. The bust of the 4 was also very tight on me and I’m very small in the busy (36 A/32).

Great, unique dress for a wedding!
I wear a 2 in many dresses because I have a small waist and chest. My hips usually require a 4 but since this is A-frame style it worked perfect. This dress fit me perfectly around the waist. The torso is very long so unless you are tall or big busted it may not fit well up top. Toward the end of the night I was starting to get bothered by some of the ribbing that is in the bodice of the dress to hold it up but it wasn't terrible. I did wear a backless bra with it but it was structured enough up top where I didn't have to. I even was running around putting decorations up in it before the wedding and it felt very comfortable! Overall a great party dress!

Comfortable and stylish
I'm usually a 2 in A-line dresses because I have a small chest and waist but bigger hips, but I wore the 4 because the sleeves and top on the 2 were a bit too tight for moving around in all night. Would have liked the waist to be a bit smaller because it didn't flatter me the best but it was fine. In terms of length, I'm 5'9" and I was very comfortable with the length of this dress, falling just above the knees. The blue was a lot brighter than the photo, and other reviews said the same so I anticipated that, but because I wore this to an October wedding I was definitely the brightest person there and didn't feel that comfortable in the color. Nonetheless this was overall a nice dress. Love the sleeves cause I'm always cold, and loved the pockets.

Elegant and Comfortable
This dress was extremely comfortable to wear throughout the evening at a formal gala. I wore the size 4 because the hips on the size 2 were just a bit too tight. I was worried about this dress at first because I have a very small chest and didn't know what the plunging neckline would be like, but it turned out OK! I also ordered the jewelry that was recommended with it...the RtR experience made everything so easy for the night!

Wore this to a black tie wedding. Had tons of fun getting dressed up!
Everything about this dress was amazing! I ordered the 2L and 4L and wore the 4L because the 2L was a bit tight around my thighs. It has a slight stretch so was extremely comfortable all night long, and it was long enough for me to wear 3" heels. I received tons of compliments and felt very classy. This was my first RtR experience and it was perfect. What a great idea!
