Didn’t end up wearing.
This dress definitely ran small and was really so so. The fabric was kinda thin, and the dress was really low with an odd shelf bra. I returned without wearing.

Cute flirty dress
I typically wear a size 4, and the 40 fit well. It is quite fitted through the tummy area, so does not hide anything there. The silhouette is fun, the material thick, and the dress quite comfortable.

Kinda scratchy and cheap looking
I rented this for a night at the the theatre, but ended up picking something in my closet instead. The knit material is thin and kinda scratchy. I thought the black body of the dress would be a different material than the top, but it is the same thin knot with visible seaming. Not what I expected.

Skin Tight, Size Up
I had several holiday parties to attend, so I chose this dress. I am normally a 2-4, so I ordered a size small based on reviews. It was skin tight and not at all appropriate to wear in front of people I work with, so I returned without wearing. Another dress I rented in the same batch was an extra small and fit great. I wish it would have fit, seemed like a cute design. I would suggest sizing up twice.

Lovely Formal Dress
I wore this for a holiday party. It was lovely, but much more formal in person than the photo appeared. The skirt is very heavy and a shimmery cream/slightly gold color. Based on reviews, I sized up, but probably would have been comfortable in even the next size up in the bust area. It is very fitted at the waist and small up top.

Great dress
I rented this for work and wore it again for shopping and lunch. It is a comfortable dress made from a heavy, tightly woven knit. It is a little stiffer and doesn't cling like many sweater dresses. Not the most elongating length on my petite figure, but I didn't mind too much.

Cute shape, very stretchy
I got this for work and wore it with a blazer over it. The tulip skirt is quite cute. The fabric itself is stretchy and the side panels make it even stretchier. I was fine with how snug it was given that I was wearing my blazer all day, but I would size up for a more appropriate work fit.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice
I want this dress. I wish it was in my budget. The pictures do not do it justice. The details are interesting and the pleating is VERY flattering. I received tons of compliments. I think other hourglass ladies especially will enjoy this one.

Great casual dress
This was a great casual dress for a few things I had going on for the weekend. I wore it with suede booties to dress it up and with my black hunters when I needed it to be much more casual. The fit is interesting... more fluid on top but fitted in the skirt. If you want a baggy bottom size up. I had fun with this piece.

There are better black dresses
Do yourself a favor, and choose another dress. Others have commented that they needed "help" to get this dress on... I would say you need contortionist skills and at least two extra hands. The dress runs quite small, and is just not comfortable at all even after you get it on, especially in the arms and chest. I would really recommend a pass on this one. There are better dresses out there. If you insist, size up two sizes.

Very Elegant without being too Showy
I rented this for an award ceremony, and it was perfect. The fit was great, and I love that it has a conservative neckline but still a very interesting silhouette. Highly recommend.

Great dress, but I chose another
I rented this for an award ceremony, but opted for a different dress. I really liked it, and think women of many different ages would look great in it. I usually wear a 2, but got the 4 based on reviews, and it was still quite form-fitting. Would definitely consider for another event or fall wedding.

Cool dress, but not for those overly concerned with looking skinny
This dress was interesting, and fun for a different work look. As others have mentioned, the pattern at the waist (and maybe the slash pockets too) don't make for the most figure-flattering look, but looking like you have a tiny waist isn't everything. If I rented again I'd maybe size up and see if it helped to have a little more room where the pockets are placed.

Sorry to part with it
I love this dress, and it almost made its way into my closet. It is classic, yet just different enough. As long as an exposed back zipper works for your office, it is great even for a business formal environment. My supervisor did comment, "it's sexy, but in a good way."

Great dress, but size up.
I'm between a 2 and a 4, and ordered the 4 based on reviews. It was still very form fitting. If I were to rent again, I'd probably size up once more for a more appropriate office fit. Great silhouette. Very nipped in at the waist. I really liked this dress.

Nice Quality Figure Flattering Dress
This is a cool dress, and well made. It ran true to size for me, but snug. Finding the right bra was a challenge because of the interesting shoulder area, but the cut is what makes the dress. The fabric is quite thick for those who are interested in going bra-less. I'm short-waisted, so the dress did ride up on my waist a little throughout the night, but it didn't bother me.
