I got a 27 (typically I wear a 28 or 29 in jeans) and it fit well. The braiding detail is cool but means you have to tuck in your shirt for it to be visible. My husband said I looked like a soccer mom so perhaps it lacks sexiness - but it's cute and comfy so I was happy with it overall for casual day wear!
