Fancy pants!
I didn't end up wearing it, as it was a touch too fancy for my awards ceremony - but it was stunning and comfortable. The fit was perfect.

Perfect nonchalance for a black tie awards ceremony.
The fit was perfect. I could wear heels (not super tall ones) and the ruffling covers up any trouble areas around your stomach. Plus it isn't too tight to wear among co-workers and make you feel uncomfortable. While it is form fitting, it leaves enough to the imagination around your bum.

I wore this for a bachelorette party, and it was the perfect combo of dressy but not over-the-top.
The 4R inseam was quite tight in the groin area. And despite only being 5'4" - both the 4R and 6R seemed short - however if you wear it with strappy heals you can pull off the look easily. No biggie. The outfit fit snug but not too snug, and was perfect for work functions or parties.
