I loved the color and I got compliments on the dress. However, the dress was too heavy to be worn for a shower in May. This would be a great winter dress, but I would not recommend it for the summer. It kind of felt like a bridesmaid dress, but thankfully did not look like one!

I wore this for my son's Home Depot themed birthday party. It was an outdoor party and the dress was light and perfect for hot weather. I would have never thought I would like a dress in that color but I did and I received so many compliments. The lining under it is razor back which I did not know, but I had a bra that worked so it was not a problem for me.

I wore this dress for a banquet and loved it. I was comfortable, but still got compliments on it. I noticed the dress got a little staticky even with me wearing a slip. Not a problem since I was mostly seated, but if you are looking to dance the night away it could become annoying.

The dress fit true to size for me, I would recommend ordering a size up instead of a size down for your second size. I am short and the dress was fairly short on me, just something to be aware of for taller ladies. This dress was bright and fun, I loved wearing it!
