Ok.
I ordered a 4R. I probably needed more length. I am 5'9". The flare didn't seem as flared as on the model. They were ok. I think for me the biggest issue was the length was too short and the flare not quite as pictured.

I did the top and the bottoms for a full set. I wore it to wine country in CA and had many compliments. Very fun and happy set. I would definitely rent again.

Fun skirt! Lots of complimemts
I wore this out. I got a ton of compliments. I felt the fabric made me look bigger, but i feel that way in any sort of knit dress/skirt. Overall good fit, fun and would rent again.

Cute, fit well
I usually am a 4, but ordered a 2. It was a cute dress. I have a larger bust so had to deal with a little gaping. Otherwise it was a great fit. Good for casual work.

Not for long torso
It was OK. Definitely made for someone shorter than 5'9". It did stretch quite a bit, but then it was baggy in the wrong areas like the butt and waist. I ordered up a size and was happy I did.
