Do. Size. Up.!!!! I am usually a size 6. I ordered the Size 8 and then size 10 for backup. I wore the size 8 because it fit better on the top but I had to have my mom come with me to the bathroom to unzip and rezip because it was so tight!! I wish I wore the size 10 but with my body shape I am very small at the waist but bigger at the hips and the size 10 was very loose around the waist (28 inches for me). Overall it was a great dress to wear, I got lots of compliments but I just wish this dress was true to size!! Also! Wearing a bra and underwear with this dress is not really needed. I wore Spanx and it was showing just a little bit. But wearing pantyhose is a no-go because the line in the middle front of the pantyhose will show and it is not cute.
