Didn’t wear
Kind of a stupid shirt. The tie comes across weird and the volume of the ruffles was not flattering for me.

Love the skirt and the high waist. The slit is high but for where it was placed I didn’t feel it was revealing despite blowing around in the wind.

Very cute and fun
Wore this for a brunch and day around NYC. It’s light and wore well throughout the day. I also wore it for work but with a cardigan since it does cut low. It doesn’t show too much cleavage depending on your bust but for me I felt it was low for work so I kept my cardigan buttoned there.
