Comfy but big
I ordered an XXL based of the size conversion. The fabric is very light weight and the blaze was large overall.

Didn't ware it because zipper was broken
I LOVED THIS DRESS - I semi tried it on a week before an event and loved it. When I was getting dressed the day of I realized the zipper was broken, as was my heart. It should be a quick fix for RTR - I hope to rent this again or a similar style for my next event.

Great alternative to a one shoulder dress!
Just like everyone else says the straps are a pain. I had to tape them down and by the end of the night I could feel the tape coming undone. The color is perfect, you can easily wear a strapless bra. Also like the reviews before - if you are looking to dance / move your arms a lot this is not the right dress. I would definitely rent again if I cannot find it online to purchase. Sizing: The large was a little lose but the main reason I did not wear it was because there was no attached to it. For me it was hard to add a slip underneath (lack of a chest). Without the slip it didn't lay right. Thankfully the medium fit, showed off more curves than I would have like for a black tie charity event I was attending with work folks (I was probably the only one who noticed this) I received many compliments. I feel like I have broader shoulders so the shoulder wrap was a little snug in the medium - but it did keep me standing up straight all night. I wore nude simple strap heels much like the model in the photos and kept jewelry simple.

Fun dress - a little to low cute for a work holiday party
I rented both the 10 and the 12. The 10 (my go-to size) fit but was very snug, if I was going to vegas it would have been perfect. The issue with the 12 was that the shoulder / chest area was too big. The deep V keep showing my bra so I had to keep my jacket on all night. The material is pretty thick which helped smooth any lines. I loved the dress and it is beautiful in person. Just be aware if you are a little heavier set in your hips and legs and smaller up top.

I loved this dress - even though it didn't bit.
It is a very pretty dress appropriate for cocktail attire events and weddings. It is very pretty with the lace. I found it ran rather small. I had an 8 & 10. The 8 wouldn't even fit over my hips, the 10 was too narrow in the rib cage area. I could get it zipped but it was REALLY tight. I am not too familiar with Lilly P items to know if they all run small. I would rent it again - in a larger size if the proper occasion arises.

This dress is perfection with pockets!
I am sitting a little heavier than normal so it was surprising the 8 worked. The cut is beautiful it, it is more of a bright summer red color than the pinkish red it looks like in photos. I am fuller in the middle and hip area - not the bust. However I would suggest going a size up for those who have bigger busts. The chest area did not give. Overall I really enjoyed wearing this dress and will probably rent it again down the line. I will add a photo once I can find a good one.

This dress is basically crushed taffeta but after having the pleats pressed back into place it laid flat and looked great. I got so many great compliment and the dress photographs beautifully! For flat chested ladies like me, it does help to add some extra umph in the bust area. I would definitely rent again for a cocktail evening. I ordered the 8 & 10 and the 8 fit but for a wedding I needed to be able to move and dance so the 10 was the smarter way to go.
