Awesome if you're not petite
The fit of the body was true to size for me, but the arm length was so long that it looked ridiculous. I felt like a kid trying on mom's clothes. I tried bunching the sleeves a bit to have the end at my wrist, but it just didn't fit right. Great fabric/construction though! I highly recommend if you're not petite.

Absolutely gorgeous.
I can't say enough how much I enjoyed this rental! I love the color and fit. It does run small, so size up! I'm also only 5'2" and it just barely hit the floor with flats on, which you can tell in one of the photos. The detailing is fun without being ridiculous (specifically talking about the little balls that we joked made me look like I was in a mariachi band). I plan on renting this again sometime soon just because I liked it so much!

Beautiful on some but didn't work for me
The color and fabric of this dress are amazing. Unfortunately, the dress wasn't very flattering on me - I felt wide and shapeless. I belt would have probably worked really well for me (as others have recommended), but I was on vacation and didn't have one with me that would match. I really wish this dress would have worked out.

I received compliments everywhere!
I wore this dress to a San Diego summer wedding. It was beautiful. The details are great, very comfortable, and great for dancing. It fit just a tad bit large, but not enough to say that it runs large… I think that's just the curse of being petite in regular sizing. I received so many compliments in this dress everywhere I went that day - from wedding guests to vendor staff and even random strangers on the street. My husband actually wants me to buy it because he likes it so much! My only complaint about the specific dress I wore was that it had a bit of an odor to it that made me self-conscious… but I guess that's what happens when other people have worn the dress before you.

Petite ladies, don't get this dress!
I was very excited about this dress, but disappointed when I put it on. I usually wear a 00 or 0. Interestingly, the size 2 fit a little tighter than the 0. Unfortunately, straps slid off with both sizes and the skirt portion of the dresses reminded me of a hoop skirt with how poorly the fabric hangs. The waist on both sizes was large but could have been remidied with a belt.
