This dress was AWFUL. Looked so chic on the rack. When I put it on, I looked like a Supreme Court judge. The material was thin and the stitching on the collar was jagged (on purpose)

I received so many compliments in this dress. It fit true to size. Didn’t steam or iron due to the pleating, but it was fine. The halter top is adjustable so it can cover more or less depending on your vibe. 100% recommend.
