Perfection
This dress hit all the right notes. Supremely flattering bc of the corset-like top and adjustable straps. Has pockets and didn’t need to wear a bra. I’m 5’3”, typically size 6 but sized up to an 8P (I think Staud runs small). Length was perfect with a 3” heel. Wore to a black tie spring wedding. Felt so beautiful and wish I could justify purchasing it. 10/10, rent it now!

Comfy, easy to wear, flattering for shorter girls
Overall thought the fit was TTS. I am 5' 3" and have a short torso, so the bodice of the dress was the tiniest bit blousy, but not in a way that I noticed or was bothered by. The arms were a bit tight, which I didn't expect. Also note there is no zipper so you have to take this on and off over your head. Overall, enjoyed it for a night at the theater and would rent again.

Runs small, size up
I have this same dress from years ago in a size 2, so I assumed the 4 would fit. It was really quite tight, like so tight I couldn't wear it in public. Would need to go up to a 6 or possibly 8 to make this work. But if it does fit you, it's an easy, comfortable, flattering option.

Not a great fit for short torso
I am 5' 3", have a short torso and hold most of my weight (135 lbs) in my hips and butt. This was not a great fit for my body type. The toro was way too long so the shoulders just drooped and the fabric around my stomach and ribs bunched up. The bottom, however, fit fine. Did not wear and would not rent again. Would recommend for someone taller or with a longer torso.

Pretty dress, but not the most flattering if you have larger hips or are shorter.
Beautiful fabric and great construction - you can tell the dress is well made. I am 5' 3" and carry most of my weight in my hips/butt. That said, the full a-line skirt and midi length didn't make for the most flattering fit (which I should have known in advance!). I would recommend this for someone taller.

Cute dress; great for work.
Dress ran TTS (I am a US size 4 and small). Sleeves were a bit flouncy for me, but I received a ton of compliments on it. Easy to dress up or dress down. Would rent again.

Adored this dress and tempted to purchase!
I love love loved this dress!!! Even considering buying it. Fit was TTS (I am a US 4 and S) I rented for a trip to the south of France, and this was perfect for the occasion. It was easy to thrown on, kept me cool, but still made me look pulled together. As other reviewers have mentioned, the straps do tend to slip off the shoulders a bit, but this might be less of a problem for someone with a larger bust. It's stretchy in the back between your shoulder blades which makes it very comfortable. Great dress and would rent again!

Fit true to size. I liked that the tie in the back meant you could tighten the fit as needed.
The dress fit true to size. I usually wear a US size 4 or S, and this fit well. You can tighten the tie in teh back to make it as snug as you needed to. I rented this for a trip to the south of France where I knew it would be hot in the summer. It fit the bill perfectly as it was easy to throw on, didn't wrinkle too badly, and kept me cool. Would rent again.
