Cute! For shorter women.
This was a stunning piece on! I ended up NOT wearing it to my formal event due to the leg length. It truly is for ladies closer to 5’-3” if you wear heels. (Which this outfit deserves heels). The belt is rather snug. Not uncomfortable but tight enough that it made a muffin-top where there normally is not one.

Beautiful!! Appearance of begging large chested.. Smelt
I’m a bigger 2 so the waist band was a little snug but the 4 would haven too big. Though the pattern change or pleating on the cheats made me look large, it was still beautiful, light and yet warm. The garment bag it cane it smelt horrible, almost made me want to get the dress cleaned. After letting the dress air out for a day, it was better. Overal - loves the dress.
