so cute but not didn’t quite hit the mark
hard to describe, because they technically fit, but maybe a 27 would have felt better. they were pretty short so i didn’t end up wearing them, although i may have, if not on vacation with my partner’s family. i agree with others that the belt is too long. i needed it on the tightest hole and the buckle was way off center (pointed it out in the photo). the belt is sewn in so wasn't able to adjust it. and if i loosened it to be centered it was ridiculous looking with the extra fabric around my waist. as others said, the bottom of the shorts fold under and the fold sticks out. an iron or fashion tape may have fixed that though. if it wasn’t for the off centered belt, i would try a 27 just to see how they felt but i don’t think that would fix anything for me tbh. sad cause i love the design and farm rio!

I would have purchased if they were black (they’re dark navy). sad to be sending them back regardless. fit: sometimes a little tight in the waist after a nice big meal but would stick with Small, they have a little stretch to them. I did rent the matching top just to give it a go, although i didn’t have anywhere to go… it was very fashion. i sized up on the top though FYI and it worked great

wore to a rehearsal dinner. when i ordered i was worried it would be a little conservative looking for my style but the deep V helped, i felt very cute! also ate so much good food without feeling like i was stuck in a dress. every photo of the night is blurry, but hopefully this shows the length at least :)

yes it is see-through if you have non-nude bra/underwear. Wore on vacation in mykonos so I didn’t mind it being sheer & liked the way my hot pink swimsuit looked under it, as shown in pic. it’s extra wrinkly in this photo from being crumpled in my suitcase on the way home, but it did keep up well on vacation with multiple wears

deffo runs large
I’m usually a solid size small but rented a Hutch romper in the same cut previously so I knew need to order an extra small with this one. When I put it on I had to double check the tag that i wasn’t sent a Small instead of XS— nope it’s just especially big in the chest/high waist elastic area. maybe someone stretched the elastic on the one I received, cause I feel like it couldn’t came in 1-2 inches in that area and would have felt less frumpy because it made me appear wider in the waist. It is really cute. it does have a lot of fabric, making it look like a dress which is fun, but i wore it on a 93 degree day in Greece and I was hot hot. at least since it’s baggy / open the breeze came through nicely. wish I would’ve taken a picture the day I wore it, before it got all crumpled in my suitcase on the way home as shown in this pic lol. if you have smaller/wider/flatter boobs like myself then this message is for you: it would’ve been more flattering if it was tighter in the chest / upper waist so definitely order a smaller size.

absolutely love it and blue is out of my comfort zone
i wanted to keep this SO badly. i got hella compliments. at first appears a little bulky looking, but comfort wise it’s perfect. its convenient wearing it over other sweaters— you can easily shed a layer if you start to warm up. pulling the cables to make different shapes was fun. i can see why people think it’s too big. its meant to be oversized and it definitely is. i would try 38 next time just to compare. the 40 i rented had some pilling on it, otherwise i probably would have kept it.
