This dress was stunning! The material is thick and stretchy so it's really figure flattering. I am 5'5", 125 pounds, and wore the 42L with 4 inch heels. Perfect length! You can somewhat adjust the length by pulling up the ruching of the dress but I would definitely recommend the Long size if you are my height and wearing heels. No bra needed. The dress is very comfortable and elegant - I got multiple compliments throughout the night - and it looks great in photos. It was also easy to dance in. I think this is a beautiful dress and a perfect choice if you want to look both sexy and classy. Loved it! Like others mentioned, the dress is difficult to get on as there is no zipper. I had someone help pull it over my head and made sure to put it on before I did my hair and makeup. The dress I was sent had some tiny flaps of fabric on the side where the ruching had come unstitched but this was barely noticeable.
