The medium was shorter than I would have liked, so I opted for the large. It is very form-fitting. Also the top part where the chest is is low cut, so if you are a person who does not like to show anything off, I wouldn't suggest it. It was EXTREMELY comfortable and great for moving around. I wore it to a wedding and then went out afterwards and had no problems with it. I would have loved to keep it, and it is a dress I would rent again!

I ordered this dress for a fraternity philanthropy event at my school that is a football game in our stadium between two fraternities. At halftime, they have like a homecoming presentation, and I was my sorority's representative. GREAT dress for the bright lights in the stadium! It sparkled and was wonderful. Although I ordered the 6R, my second choice was the 4R (which ended up being the one I wore), and it fit like a glove! So it does run large. I wore flats with it because I figured the turf would not be smart for heels, and it hit the floor perfectly. The color appears like a gold color online but definitely was more of a rosy/blush shade, which still looked absolutely phenomenal! I got compliments, people gave my friends compliments about it, people overheard it being complimented by those who didn't even know me! I would suggest this dress to anyone, and I wish I could have kept it! I didn't wear any jewelry and wore a soft pink gloss with sparkly eye shadow. I wore my hair all pinned back. This was my favorite floor length dress that I have ever worn in my life, and words seriously do not do it justice with how amazing it ended up fitting and looking! So comfortable! And what a small world, my friend Martha, who posted below me, and I got the same dress and didn't even know it until pictures went up! Great minds think alike ha! Wonderful overall experience with Rent The Runway and I will do business with them a lot more!

I rented this for a bachelorette party, and it was great! So lightweight and lose for dancing in this horrible Memphis humidity! I ordered the medium as my first size and luckily got the large as my back up. I ended up wearing the large because the medium was soooo short. I am only 5'5" as well so I would not recommend getting this if you are tall. Other than that though it was great. If you think you might be somewhere where it might be hot, then this is a great choice. I wasn't weighed down by thick cotton all night!
