I am 5'2 and I wore 2-3 inch heels and the dress dragged on the floor. The straps are NOT adjustable at all, I thought about pinning them but nothing worked. The actual dress itself fit nice, if not a bit snug. I wore a size 4 when I usually wear a size 6 and it felt fine, but not perfect (length aside). If you're a short girly please beware. The fabric itself was nice, but it also didn't have the nice luxurious heft to it though. I didn't end up wearing this dress to the event I was attending as I didn't want to drag the dress across the floor when I walked. Overall thoughts: it's a beautiful dress, but the fabric quality is a bit lack-luster and 100% NOT for short girls who need a size larger than 0-2.

It felt very nice to wear! The weight felt great and twirled beautifully. I'm 5'2" and the dress landed a little above the floor without heels on, but with them, I think it fit perfectly. I have a longer torso and shorter legs as well.
