Nope.
This had potential. It's way too tight on me for it achieve the look of it being different chic. My booty looked like Kim K's in this and this is not one of those show your body off type skirts. I didn't wear it.

It fits well, and the color is beautiful. The cut and overall style feels a little dated to me, but it's exactly what it looks like in the pics.

The shoulders don't stay off the shoulder
It's annoying to constantly adjust. The shoulders move up and don't stay in place. I usually love ALC, but this one was just annoying to wear.

Disappointing fit and look
Meh all around. This feels like it could have been purchased from target. Nothing special. Move along. The waist drop is so weird and adds no shape to your figure. The more I think about it, the more I hated how it looked.
