I wore this to an informal wedding.It is a short dress and not appropriate for a formal affair.The material is on the heavy side (feels like polyester..)I had to wear a tank underneath since the sleeves are so wide,depending on how you stand,you can see your whole side. This was my second choice and it ended up being to big.I orderd the 0 and it did not drape nicely.I'm pretty straight and thin so I think it would be more flattering on someone with more curves
