I would order a size up for sure. I'm usually a size 6 in dresses but sized up & am glad I did so because it was still snug. I'm 5'5" and 155lbs & wore an 8. Felt so good in this...wish I had more of an occasion to have worn this to! I was obsessed.

I'm a pretty standard size 6, I ordered a 6 (my profile sizes are correct) and this was just not flattering at all. I was so sad because the quality was so good, but this just wasn't it for me...as you can see. I would have sized down for sure, maybe even 2 sizes depending on the vibe I wanted. Anyway, I think the photo says it all :(

I usually am an 8 but a 6 in a lot of these RTR dresses and always a 6 in Peter Som. I'd describe my body as more "average" than hourglass but idk, this fit me perfectly. Love the fabric, the uniqueness of the dress pattern and print. Colors are true to the website rendering. No complaints!

I'm 5'5" & 150-155lbs w/ a more "average" body type? Lolz.. but in another (albeit stretchy) Peter Som dress the 6 fit me perfectly but this one was a little more form fitting than I was hoping. The fabric doesn't give at all and so my arms feel a little constricted and it doesn't fit right over my ass, but when I stand straight up wow is this dress perfection. Originally got for a potential wedding but ended up wearing it to work as it was pretty restricting. The fabric is so exquisite. Would rent again but in an 8.
