Comfortable and flattering!
Thick, stretchy material is super slimming and flattering. I plan to wear this for Christmas dinner with my family.

Flattering, warm jacket.
Such a flattering, warm jacket. It works well for work and everyday. The only complaint is the black fabric picks up every hint of lint, so I had to lint roll daily to get rid of pet hair. I rented it for about two weeks and intend to rent again in the future.

Very flattering cut.
Such a flattering dress, especially for a larger bust. The way it's cut is very slimming. I wore this to the office, and then to the office holiday party with nude pumps and it was a hit!

Comfortable and cute!
I shop at J.Crew frequently, and feel their clothing runs large in general (I'm a L in most tops and the M here was very roomy) so definitely size down unless you're going for a super oversized look. The sweater is not super soft but not scratchy. Very warm and flattering! Great paired with leggings and riding boots.

Very boxy, unflattering fit. My boyfriend said I looked like I was on Star Trek. Might be more flattering on a taller build; not great for petites (I'm 5'3"-ish).

Flattering and comfortable.
I am usually a 12, and definitely could have worn the L. The XL was a little loose (mostly around the bust) but still flattering. This dress is comfortable and well-made. The thick fabric is very slimming. I received tons of compliments! Looks great with a black blazer or cardigan.

Based on reviews, I sized down. The M fits my 36F chest perfectly without showing too much cleavage. The dress is nicely proportioned and the fabric is super flattering and slimming.

A little too short.
Very cute and flattering and I loved how soft the fabric was. Almost felt like a sweatshirt but tailored enough for work. However, even though the top portion fit well, the Medium was way too short for work (even with tights) and I'm only 5'3". I would consider ordering again, and sizing up to a Large see if that would make it longer / more work appropriate.

Very subtle and flattering
This dress is well-made and fits well. Women with larger chests should size up. I really loved the dress but unfortunately didn't feel it was anything special. If you need a dress last minute, I would suggest this dress as it is guaranteed to fit and look very nice. However, I ended up wearing a slightly more interesting dress to my law school's formal social event. This dress would probably work great for a work or professional event.

Stunning!
This dress is absolutely amazing. I have a larger bust so I was worried, but the fabric is very thick and sturdy through the bust and I did not even need to wear a bra. The cutout detail is in a very flattering portion of the ribcage, and the color is stunning. This dress is extremely comfortable and I received so many compliments. The regular length was perfect for me at 5'3" with 3-4" heels.

Even more beautiful in person!
This dress does not photograph particularly well but the lace detail is absolutely gorgeous in person. I ended up not wearing this for my event, but at least two other women were wearing it when I arrived! It is very flattering and forgiving. I ordered a size up, but could have easily ordered my usual size.

I am normally a 6, and ordered an 8R, and the bodice was simply too small. It has no stretc to it so women with larger bust (I am a 34DD), must size up. Gorgeous and flattering!
I am petite (5'2") and probably should have went with the 2R, but I could wear very high heels (4-5") with the 2L. I have a larger chest (36D) and there was plenty of fabric to cover my chest, although it is a pretty revealing dress. The dress did not come with the belt (RTR informed me of this before they shipped it), but I was able to use one of my own--a thin, gold, glittery belt--and it looked great! I got so many compliments on the dress and would definitely recommend it. It is pretty revealing with the low-cut front and basically open back, so keep in mind that you will definitely not be able to wear a bra!

This is a beautiful dress and very flattering. I am 5'2", and ordered a 4R and it was much too short. I probably wouldn't have been able to wear heels with it, and ended up not being able to wear this dress. The fabric is thick, and I probably would not have needed to wear a bra with this dress.

Perfect in photographs!
I wore this to my law school's Barrister's Ball and it was perfect. I am pretty short (5'2") and I have a large chest (34D) but am otherwise petite, and the fit of the 4R was perfect (disclaimer: I wore 4.5" heels). The color of the dress is less champagne-y and more rose gold in person. It also photographs very well!

Should have ordered the long!
I am about 5'2" and the size 4R hit at my ankles, even with my lowest heels. If you are on the petite size, and any taller than 5'2"-5'4", I would definitely recommend the long size. Like other reviewers have said, I do not think this is the dress for a taller girl. I also ordered a 6R and while it is longer, the dress itself did not fit. I have a fuller bust and didn't need a bra because the dress is very form-fitting; but, the the back is not too low for a strapless bra if you feel you need it. Overall, I was very disappointed with the length, as this is a beautiful and flattering dress. Make sure to order the correct length for you!
