Nice, classy top for work
The only warning(s) I have is that the bottom of the shirt looked kind of boxy on my frame, so I ended up having to wear the top with a skirt, rather than with slacks. Also, the material is just a little itchy, so if you have sensitive skin, that's something to be aware of.

Cute and still office appropriate
I love the way this dress fits overall, and even though I wore it for work (at a firm), it could definitely be worn for brunch/showers/etc. The only thing I would say is that I'm a little bigger up top (32D), and so the dress was somewhat tight around the chest. Not terribly uncomfortable, and I, personally, wouldn't actually go a size up if I were to order it again. But just a note that if you're a little bustier, be aware that this dress fits tighter up top.

Such a cute/fun dress! Literally got all of the compliments
I'm a petite girl (5'3"), so length wasn't an issue for me at all. I'm also pretty tiny all around (bust/waist/hips: 32/25/31), so I typically wear a 0 petite or 00 regular, but I got the 0 (no option for petite) in this dress, and it fit my body perfectly. The bodice of the dress is almost like a corset; so that, combined with the flare/ruffle at the top and bottom really accentuated my waist, which I loved. Overall: I loved this dress and would highly recommend for brunch/daytime celebrations/etc.
