This is a gorgeous jacket. Well-structured and high quality. I little snug around my shoulders, but otherwise a great fit. Slightly more formal.

Fun!
Gorgeous with the matching top. Very classy and fun for work. I did also wear this skirt to work separately with a white linen shirt. The material isn’t thick enough to hide a tucked in shirt. As a result, the skirt bunched a little around my midsection. Overall, cute, comfortable and fun. The slit was not too high for work.

I got the set, which I highly recommend. I wore the top separately with high-waisted, wide-legged jeans for a date, and really enjoyed the 70s vibe. Lots of compliments every time I wore this top. Head’s up if you have a long waist, this top is pretty cropped, so it must be worn with high-waisted bottoms.

Gorgeous color and fabric, but, yikes, it did not fit well. So frumpy with excess fabric and pleats. I was able to wear it with the sleeves rolled, but I returned this one quickly.

Not very functional
I got compliments on this top when I wore it, but I would not rent it again. As others have noted, the top is very fitted in the middle. I was able to wear it well while standing but the buttons pull quite a bit when sitting. The sleeves are also incredibly impractical. I had to slide the sleeves past my elbows to work on my computer. The shirt is also very sheer. I found that the sheerness wasn’t overly obvious while wearing it, but it is clearly sheer when inspected closely. Well sewn and conceptually very fashion forward, but annoying to wear.

Laughably Short
I love DVF and regularly rent clothes from them, so getting a dress so ridiculously short caught me off guard. It was unwearable. Think Reformation mini dress short. My butt wasn’t covered. I got this in hopes the v would be office appropriate, and thinking, at worst, I could wear it to drinks or a weekend affair. The color was lovely and the fabric hung nicely. Just wayyyyyy too short.

I didn’t check the reviews before ordering, since I have generally had good experiences with Tanya Taylor. I wanted these pants to work so badly, since the pattern is great. However, they are huge. The waist was laughably big on me and the inseam was very long. In contrast, the thighs were a little tight? A belt couldn’t fix this one, so I didn’t end up wearing them. Bummer.

This dress fit so beautifully and was very elegant. I wore it to the office with a blazer and out for a nice dinner with my husband and in-laws with a shawl. Incredible figure flattering. Great for tall ladies but probably a tad long for more petite ladies. Nice fabric and very comfortable.

This is a beautifully cut dress. The sheer sleeves added a little bit of femininity. I wore this to an alumni cocktail hour and it was perfect. It might not be a good option for more petite ladies or ladies with a larger bust.

Unexpectedly Meh
I was expecting to adore this dress. I waited for a while for it to be available to rent. The print was lovely and vibrant, and the material was thick and soft. However, when I wore it, the dress cut was decidedly mediocre to unflattering on me. Given that an a-line is almost always a winner, I was a little baffled. The top looked bulky on me and accentuated how small I am on top. Not a win.

I adored these pants. I wore them three times while I had them. The fabric felt very high quality and the cut was flattering. The pants were cropped on me, but still gorgeous. If they were less expensive, I would have purchased in a heartbeat!

Weird Fit
Loved the pattern. Really bright and fun. However, the sleeves were an awkward length and the shoulders were much puffier than the pictures indicated. I also had to wear a safety pin to make the dress work appropriate, even with a small bust. Overall, not for me.

I really enjoyed this piece. It was fun and incredibly comfortable. Definitely more of a statement piece than a conservative top as the sleeves, the pattern, and the bow are quite dramatic. However, I loved it. Gorgeous colors and very high quality.
