This was not my first choice (nor second, even), but it is a very pretty dress. *Heads up: there is NO give to this dress!* It was very snug at the bust, ribs and hips, so I had to be careful sitting, but a 6 wasn't available, so I made it work. Just know that it would be wise to go up in size as a back-up dress. I was glad to be wearing a white dress in a sea of black, but the dress did feel a bit bridal to me. I added a lot of gold jewelry to add sparkle for our holiday ball, including a brooch that I clipped at the waist. I received many compliments, including a "best-dressed of the night" by some hotel guests. ; )

This is a gorgeous dress- the color is lovely and it sparkles beautifully! However, the fit wasn't right for me so I didn't wear it. The fabric is quite stretchy everywhere but the bust, so it was easy to sit down but "the girls" were not comfortable! On me, the straps were a little loose so I would have been tugging on them all night long, and the sequins were starting to bug me after half an hour, so I think it would have been miserable to wear all night. I ordered the 6 long, but it didn't seem like it was very long at all, as it just barely draped when I was flat-footed. I'm bummed I couldn't wear it, though- it is beautiful!

I didn't actually wear this to my event (picture was taken as I was "modeling" for my husband). It is very pretty and I love the ruffles down the back. The color is a steely purple (I thought it would be grey). I had very little room in the hips and bust, just barely enough room for a strapless bra and there isn't any give in the fabric, so order accordingly. The regular was too short for me and would have only allowed for a 1.5-2" heel. Overall, it's beautiful and seemed relatively comfortable, but if you're tall then definitely get the long.
