Chic and comfy

Beautiful Dress
This was perfect for work. I ended up buying a slip to wear under all of my DVF dresses. It provides a layer of confidence since they are cut a bit low. I liked it so much that I bought a DVF, same style different color, that I couldn't get on RTR. Beautifully made and makes you feel beautiful.

Flattering
Beautiful material and a flattering fit. I like the fact that it is knee length so I could wear to work. Ruffle detail and design is simple and makes the dress special. Great for spring and fall. I may keep this one.

Very low cut
This dress is beautiful, however, there is no button or clasp and it is cut about an inch below the bust-line. This could be worn with a camisole but I feel it takes away from the elegance of the dress and would make it too casual. If I owned this I would add a small snap button.

Simple, yet elegant
I rented this for a small daytime wedding that was primarily my parents friends. I wanted something classic with a little flair. I got so many compliments. I took it to my seamstress to see so she could create my fascinator in the photo. She was amazed at the quality. It is comfortable and stretchy. Fabric is heavy and it's lined. If I had anywhere else to wear it, I would buy it.

A bit boxy
It is so cute but when you zip it up, the bottom bellows out a bit too muchy and, like others have said, its a bit awkward. Super cute if you can wear it open

Beautiful gown
In my experience with this dress, order early enough to exchange if necessary. It was extremely wrinkled but I had to wear this! Had to have it pressed! Elegant yet sexy! Falls nicely. Keep in mind it was just short of being too big on the side and I'm a 36 bust but a size smaller would have been too small in bodice. Perfect length for me with 3 1/2 inch heels. Received lots of compliments and ended up forwarding lots of RTR referrals and this actual dress. I might actually try to find it to buy it! Love!

Too small
I have been wearing a 12 and I could not zip this dress up on the side. While I consider myself hippy I am a 36 bust and it didn't fit in that area. I had a second option because even if it did fit I felt slightly like I was dressing for a tango competition.

Beautiful and elegant
I rented this gown for the USMC Commandants Ball in DC. It is a formal ceremony followed by dancing. Real dancing with a dj. This gown was appropriate for this event and I didn't have to look and feel frumpy. I wore a 3 inch heel and I'm 5 foot 4. I didn't have to worry about it dragging the floor and could walk and dance without having to hoist it up. It is form fitting thru the bodice so you definitely need a seamless panty or smoothing panty. Would rent again.

Elegant gown and fits true to size
I did not actually wear this gown and chose another Badgley Mischka dress (the Black Jennifer Popover Gown) over this one only because it was more appropriate for a formal Marine Corp Birthday Ball and was a bit more conservative. I would wear this dress. I would caution that it is form fitting and not "forgiving" around the stomach and waist area. I don't know if going up a size would be too big. It is a simple dress and nothing fussy about it so I would take the opportunity to add some great accessories to bedazzle it.
