Compliments all night long. I wore this dress for a cocktail attire Gala. As other reviews mentioned, the straps are really long. I purchased a fabric tape but it didn't hold well. So I ended up using a strip of duck tape to hold the strap down - worked perfectly fine. I wore a size 2 - I'm a 34B/C bust and needed to shorten the straps for full coverage.

The slit in the front doesn't connect to the skirt part of the dress. I couldn't sit or take long steps the entire night. When I sat down, the skirt was completely open to close to my belly button. There are pads in the cup part of the dress that pushes the fabric - you can completely see the breasts from the side. If I wasn't taking a picture (which I had to stand sideways to do), I had to wear a shawl. I wouldn't have worn it if I had a back up plan.

The dress got compliments all night. However, I was self conscious in it because the lining in the chest is hot pink and it kept coming out. Also, the slit in the front wasn't practical- when I say down it was literally above my crotch. I had to use a dinner napkin if I wanted to sit and I couldn't bend over. I wore it in a long (which normally I need but this dress was too long) so length wouldn't help the slit in the front
