Dress fit great everywhere except in the chest
If you have any sort of chest, you likely won't be able to wear this. With or without a bra, I couldn't make it fit :(

I ordered this dress for a party/charity event and have had it in my favorites for a while.. I was disappointed when i got it though. I ordered a 2 and a 4.. the 2 fit everywhere (my chest, butt, etc).. except the midsection of the dress was huge! I should have taken a photo to show it.. but it looked silly. The seams on the side didn't sit right either.. it was like there was just too much material in the middle in general. If you are trying to hide a belly.. it would maybe be perfect.. but it was definitely not good for me! Thank goodness I had a back-up! :)

I ordered this as my back-up dress, and ended up wearing it because it fit better than the other one I ordered. However, the dress fit a little bigger than I expected. I can usually go back and forth between a small and an xs.. but I only ordered the small bc it was my backup.. I had to keep pulling up the ruching all night because it was not as fitted as i would have liked, and it kept sliding down making the length to my knees and making it look like it didn't fit right. The material is kind of thin, and will show any lines under it. I also had to wear a bra that had straps way out to the side because of the square neckline. Other than that.. the dress is beautiful.. and the color is perfect!

Rented this for New Years eve in Miami Beach.
Loved the color of this dress, so bright and so fun! When i first tried it on, i was nervous because I have worn xs in Herve dreses before, but usually order both a S and XS. They only had the XS.. so i just crossed my fingers and ordered it! If it had been anywhere but Miami or Maybe LA or Vegas, I don't think i would have ended up wearing it because it was SOOO short. (granted.. I'm 5'10, so everything is short on me.. but this was almost booty short).. I'm so glad i ended up wearing it though, people loved it :) ...I only gave it 4 stars because of the length.. it is definitely the shortest Herve dress I have worn. ..also.. I did wear a bra with it even though everyone said you couldn't.. I used fashion tape in the front, and wore a VS low back strap in the back and didn't have a problem except the occasional peek from the front middle (shown in my first picture)

:( Didn't fit right at all.. sleeves too tight
I rented this for my Birthday , and it was gorgeous when i pulled it out of the packaging, but i tried it on, and the sleeves were way too tight.. it was very weird. I ordered the 2 and 4, expecting to wear the 2.. and the 2 fit great everywhere else.. except the sleeves were literally so tight that i couldn't pull them all the way up! I am an athletic girl, but it was even tight on my wrists! So i made my friend try it on.. and she is TINY.. and the sleeves were tight on her too, but the dress was big!.. it was almost like the sleeves had ripped before, and they had to re-seam the sleeves in order to fix it, and they made them too small. I tried the 4.. and the dress was too big, but the sleeves were also too tight.. and there is NO stretch in the material, so i was unable to wear either one :( Major bummer, I usually love everything I order from RTR, be cautious when ordering this.. if ..you..have.. normal.. sized wrists?? lol

Loved the dress..
Zipper wasn't very well made, so it sat a little bunchy, but other than that.. it was great, wore it for a broadway opening and opening night party, got lots of compliments. I ordered the 2 and 4.. I actually liked the way the 2 fit better, but the zipper on that one definitely didn't sit properly, so i ended up wearing the 4. The shoulder detail is awesome.. its actually like a leather material.. love it!

so cute.. but wayyy too short!
I ordered this to wear to a party and ended up having to return it. I'm 5'10, but have a short torso so i thought it would work, definitely did not! I was bummed to not be able to wear it because i thought it was so cute! I usually wear an XS or S, but the small wasn't available, so i just ordered the xs, I'm not sure if the small would have made a difference?? ..It wasn't the shorts part of it that were too short, it was the torso part, so if you have a long torso, i wouldn't recommend this one! They were great about the return and giving me a credit so i can order something else!
