Pretty dress, well-made--a bit flashy for a wedding, but had no choice
I ordered another dress that ended up not fitting and this was a back up. It's a lovely dress, well-cut, and fit me absolutely perfectly. I wore it to a nighttime wedding, but I felt it was too flashy--don't think I'd recommend it for a wedding--but I would definitely wear it to a cocktail party or some other dressy occasion -even my husband loved it and he doesn't care at all about clothes!

Warm coat, hangs a bit oddly
The coat was fine--soft, warm, but nothing special. The hook fasteners were in an odd place near my hips--seemed like they should have been higher up for a finer fit.

I DIDN'T WEAR IT. THIS DRESS RUNS VERY SMALL! Couldn't wear it to my wedding!
What a sad day for me! I reserved this beautiful dress in September for a December wedding after shopping online and in stores for months. I ordered a 2 and a 4--my usual sizes. Unfortunately, neither dress fit me on top. The bottom was fine, but I could barely breathe on top--and RTR didn't have a 6 available to replace it in time. That said, in the right size, for the right body, it would be beautiful. For reference. I'm 5'6", 125 lbs, 34B. Straight and narrow; I think pear-shaped or someone with more of a waist would fit well. Make sure you order a size up!

Didn't wear this dress
Pretty dress, a bit shinier than I expected. I considered wearing it, but when I tried them on (I got a 2 and a 4 backup), the fit was definitely not working for me. I normally wear a 2 in J Crew dresses (I have tons). I'm 5'7," 125 pounds, 34 B/C, straight and narrow body. Oddly, I couldn't zip up either dress (neither would fit around my waist) and yet the skirt and the bodice were humongous on both dresses. This dress would be great for women with very hourglass or pear bodies, but otherwise, I don't think it would work.

Flattering for my body type; got tons of compliments!
First off, I loved the dress. Great quality, solid construction, very flattering. It looked light pink in the photos, but it was much more orange/red (like a goldfish, maybe) in person. Luckily, it still matched perfectly with my nude heels and clutch and gold jewelry). I was also expecting it to be a lightweight dress, but it was more like textured tapestry and fully-lined. (Which was great because it turned out to be an unusually cold-ish day for the season for the outdoor wedding; the dress might have been too hot, otherwise). I ordered a small and a medium. The small was a wee bit too snug, but the medium was a tad too big in the bodice and straps--the shoulder straps kept sliding down, but it was still structured enough to not wear a bra. I'm 5'7" 125 lbs, 34 b/c--very straight and narrow body, I generally wear a small or XS. That said, this dress was a hit--everyone complimented me! At a wedding of over 200 people, I felt like the best-dressed woman in the house--and it was a well-heeled crowd! I felt lovely and confident. (I would note that the dress I received had a few snags in it, but nothing anyone could really notice). Love the dress and would rent it again!
