Too small and no back up
This was sad because I was counting on this dress. But. The back up size was made unavailable at the last minute. And the dress runs smalllllll. It was so tight I was squeezed like a sausage.

Runs small
The second back up size was not available. I’m usually a size 4 or 6 in dresses. I wore the 6, but wonder if an 8 would have been perfect. The 6 fit great up top, at the neckline shoulders and bust. The hips were a bit tight however, had to be pulled down snuggly, and the dress became extra short when sitting and raising hands over head. But. However. The dress felt perfect for a semi-formal, night time, New York wedding. I received many compliments.

Great color!
I removed one star because of the pitiful straps. They were extremely loose, puckered out, and were not adjustable. As a result the dress was a little big and loose in the boobs. The link photos looked like the straps had mini adjusters, but they don’t. What I thought were adjusters are actually sloppy knots. I still wore the dress because the colors were great and it didn’t matter as a rental. But I would’ve been disappointed had I paid full price. Also, the hanging straps would not stay hidden inside the dress. Probably because the top was loose, but they kept coming out during the night. I’m 5’4” 140lbs and wore the size 6. The size 4 fit better in the chest, but was too tight around my stomach. The size 4 straps were still extremely loose and baggy and too long. I got many compliments and had a blast with the slit and the ruffles and the color.
