Unfortunately this didn't work for me.
I'm 5'4", and the shoulder straps were way too long. I wore it to the ceremony, and ended up changing before the reception because the fit was so bad. The way the dress is cut, there isn't a good way to tape the straps up. I'd steer clear of the dress if you're on the shorter side.
