great skirt
Loved this skirt. The ruffle detail and fit was awesome. Got many compliments. Paired it with a thin black sweater and tights.

The cut and material were great but the dress fit too loose and looked frumpy. If you are petite I would not recommend. I ended up wearing a blazer over the dress.
