The reason this shirt works is because it's heavy. You don't want a sequined shirt like this to cling to your body, and this one hangs perfectly. It's a tad on the large size, but most ladies will be able to order true to size, so long as you're not spending a lot of time leaning over. I will warn you—this shirt is not ideal for warm weather or aerobic activities. You really feel the weight of it after an hour or two of dancing in a warm room!

The fabric is beautiful and light—perfect for a summer party. However, the fit is a bit tricky: the waist is tight, but the bust is loose. I usually wear a size 4, but I could have easily gone up to a size 6 for the waist...but sized down to a 2 for the chest. If you've got an hourglass figure, you can make this beautiful dress work, but if you've got small boobs, this is not the dress for you. Even with padding and pinning, there's just no way to make the chest fabric lie smooth. Also, this is not a criticism, but the pink flowers are more hot pink in real life. Just FYI.
