Figure flattering
I am fairly flat chested but this vest made my chest look full and my waist look tiny. Got lots of compliments.

Little tight but oh so cute
This was a winner even in a slightly too small size for me. Cutouts demand room, if they're snug then you'll look squeezed in. But it was beautiful color, soft, and really liked it overall. Often I wear a 0 this is a 2 and still a little more room would've been nice. Maybe size up?
