Meh. More suited for costume party.
Not sure I could wear this anywhere other than on roller skates at a 70’s disco costume party. It’s a no for me.

SO SO tight!
I’ve worn, owned and rented other Herve Leger dresses and I know my size. This one was just extra tight! Like I can’t breathe tight! The color is beautiful and the style is fun, although the straps are a bit long making the neckline a bit too plunge for me. It’s also very very long so if you’re not supermodel tall I don’t see how it would work on an average person. Sadly, I didn’t get to wear it and ended up wearing something in my closet to the wedding.

I rented these to wear to a post wedding brunch but didn’t get to wear them because it ended up being on the day Los Angeles had a “hurricane”. I was so disappointed because I adored them. I tracked them down at Off Saks for a killer price and now I wear them all the time!! They are adorable on and add a fun vintage style touch to any outfit.

Loved it so much I tracked one down to buy!
I loved this dress so much I tracked one down a size smaller to buy. It’s a season or two old so it was no easy task to find, but I kept at it. That’s how much I loved it. I am large chested and the stretchy top makes it easy to go braless. The fabric and design allow the dress to be casual or dressy. I wore it with sneakers and both a leather and denim at times and I also wore it with “dad” sandals and dressier jewelry to a post wedding brunch. It’s very comfortable and a great staple in anyone’s wardrobe.

I wanted to love it!
I rented this for an October wedding when I knew it would be chilly. When it arrived I was so excited, it was exactly what I pictured. When I tried it on, I was so sad. It just wasn’t flattering. The asymmetrical neck is very high and I felt like I was choking. The waistbands are so thick they made my belly feel flabby and like it was coming out all over. And yes, all the other reviews are correct, that slit in the front comes up to Kingdom Come! Sadly, I ended up having to buy something for this wedding.

Piñata dress!
The photos of this dress don’t really show you how bright the floral print is or how metallic the accents are in the fabric. When you add the ruffles, I felt like a piñata in it. Also, while the boning in the top might have made it more structured I cannot imagine wearing it all night (I rented for a wedding). Since I had this shipped to me in the city where I had already traveled for the wedding, I ended up having to go out and buy something. Very disappointed.
