The gems are clear so any color dress shows through them, which looks really pretty. It's more flimsy than I expected from this brand, but overall a very nice piece that worked well with my dress.

I wore this for an awards gala. I ordered a size 2 and 4. Wore the 2, but could have worn either - the 2 was more form-fitting/snug. Below the waste, the dress is much more "poofy" than I had imagined from the photos, which occasionally caused an uncomfortable draft up my dress, but I received lots of compliments and long looks, and it photographs really well. One comment is that I'm about 5-5" and I wouldn't have wanted it any shorter for a business affair. If you're tall, be prepared for a short dress. All in all, loved it!

I rented this dress for a gala. It is a nice style for a business event, because it's pretty, yet professional. Don't be fooled by the photo. It's not even close to silver. The color is actually a steel blue with gold weave and a slight nude background. Therefore, you'll want to pair with accessories accordingly. Though it's not the most figure-flattering dress, I did receive several compliments about how it would change color in different lighting and it's sparkly. It almost looks vintage. They didn't have a size 4 available so I risked it and ordered a size 2. It fit like a glove. Maybe a teeny tiny bit too small in the bust, but still worked for me.
