TTS can dress up or down
wore to a concert with a crop top and birkenstocks. super cute and flattering. I sized up per other reviews, but definitely could have worn a 2 (I find Joie runs a little large).

rigid cotton, slightly small but super cute
it was barely too small since it had no stretch. if the waist had been reinforced with elastic instead of rigid cotton then it would have fit better. but the cut and fabric are super flattering.

cute, adjustable tie back
great fit, the elastic in the waist at the back is quite wide so it doesn't cut in. The only thing I'll say is that the placement of the flowers on the top kind of look like pasties, but it's wearable.
