I wore this dress several times for various events over the course of three weeks! Versatile, great quality material (that is stretchy) comfortable and bump friendly (I was between 27-30 weeks when I wore it!) I’m 5 ft 2 in and usually wear a size small/4-6 in regular clothing. I ordered this in a small (with bump) and it fit amazingly! For ladies with no bump would consider sizing down for backup given the amount of great stretch dress has! Had I not been pregnant, I could have probably fit in XS.

I wore this for date night to the theater with my husband. It was a the first time I wore a jumper and LOVED it! It did not disappoint! I rented the 42R because the 40R was no avaliable. Size was comfortable and just a tad bit long but easily hemmed with safety pins (thanks hubby for your help)! I wore this with the Kendra Scott Rose Gold Ear Climbers, Black Strappy Heels and the Sondra Roberts Black Marble Minaudiere Purse for a classy but edgy look. Easily worn with a black strapless bra and shoulders never slipped up or down. The slit in the jumpsuit helped give it the extra edge but kept it classy. No necklace needed! Wear with hair up or down ( I wore it down with one side behind my ear to show off the earrings)! Easy to dress up or down, easy to wear but still feel like a rock star! Would buy if I could!

I needed a long black dress for a formal work-related gala (per invitation). Given that all the ladies would be wearing a long black dress, I wanted something that would be within the requested attire but with a little flare. This dress fit the requirements but had a little detail of see-through lace that made me stand out (in an elegant way). The lace was just the right amount of "pop" that I wanted so I wore with simple pearls and strappy black heels. I didn't even wear much make up! I usually wear a size 4 but tend to go with 6 for most dresses (I prefer a bit more room for comfort). I am on the shorter side (5 ft 2'") and always have issues with length. I wore this with 2 1/2 inch heals and the dress grazed the floor but was never an issue to walk or go up/down stairs. The material was super super comfortable, even after all the hors d'oeuvres and dinner. I was so excited to hear all the compliments on how elegant I looked (especially given all the high-level officials that were in the crowd!) I wore this dress with a black strapless bra and had zero issues. The dress straps did wonders for my arms/shoulders/back (which can look very masculine in strapless dresses). Would highly recommend!!!!

I wore this for a Fall date night to watch a broadway show with the hubs. I rented both the 4 and 6 and ended up wearing the 4 (dress is true to size). The color is perfect for summer or fall (material is thicker so would recommend for places with Air Conditioning or for a bit cooler weather) . The dress fell right slightly upper thigh length (I'm 5'2 so might be on the shorter end for taller chicas!) If it is on shorter side would recommend rocking with black tights in the fall! Fit was perfect enough so that I could eat dinner and still felt comfortable. Sleeves were a great statement but didn't make me feel like I was swimming in them! Would wear again and highly recommend for weddings, date nights, shows or any events where you want to be a bit on the conservative side but still stand out! Only negative for my experience was the hem had fallen...nothing a little tape couldn't fix!

I was very nervous to rent a dress for my baby shower, particularly because I am 7 months pregnant and had no idea what would fit and how it would fit! The customer reviews helped me significantly, as did the stylist who helped me decide on this dress (my favorite to begin with!) I'm 5'2-5'3 and typically a size 4. Based in the reviews I ordered a 6 and 8 to have room for my belly! When I received the dress I was floored and even more excited when the 6 fit! What a confidence booster! It was a tad bit long for my height but I wore it with 3 1/2 inch nude heels and it still grazed that floor but it wasn't unbearable! The compliments I received made my day AND my co-workers couldn't stop asking where I had gotten the dress (perfect time to promote RTR!) I wish I could keep it!! Loved it and felt like a princess!! I was 4 months pregnant but still keeping our bundle of joy a surprise from family and friends, so keeping the bump under wraps was essential for this family wedding! I ordered this dress in a 4 and 6 (I'm usually a 4) but couldn't gage what size I would fit in. Needless to say, when I got the dresses, I tried them on and neither seemed to fit and I panicked! I called Rent the Runway Customer Service and they were THE sweetest! They automatically offers to send me an alternate dress, with a looser fit and made sure it was at my significant others doorstep the morning of the wedding! No questions asked and at no extra cost! With a little help I managed to get into the original dress in size 6 which was beautiful in color, comfortable in fit and made me feel beautiful! But what I was more impressed about was the INCOMPARABLE service! Never have I felt so understood and cared for. This was my 7th time renting from RTR & I'm always amazed by their quality in service and beautiful dresses/accessories.

This is my 4th time renting from Rent the Runway! I wore this for a 1940s themed NYE party in Washington D.C. Although I was excited to dress up in 1940s garb, I still wanted a sparkly dress to celebrate the occasion. The small fit perfect! I was very comfortable in the dress even after a 5 course dinner! I was a bit nervous about having that "full tummy " look after dinner so I wore a strapless corset underneath and the issue was solved! def an attention getter! I was a bit uncomfortable at all the stares at first but felt amazing after all the sweet compliments! Perfect for NYE but I wouldn't recommend this for a wedding....you'll out shine the bride!

I wore this for a garden wedding on a Sunday afternoon. The bride recommended a chic summer-like dress and this was perfect! I was able to easily transition from the ceremony to the reception without missing a beat. I wore 4 regular which fit great in all areas other than my arms ( it was a bit tight). I'm an avid cross fitter and have an athletic build so I wasn't sure if it was the dress or me ( pretty sure it was me). For athletic types I would recommend taking shoulder/arm build into consideration when thinking about size. I received compliments all night without stealing the limelight from the beautiful bride :)

Where to begin! This is my second time renting and I already have other rentals lined up for a wedding in November and a Military Ball :) The dress was beautiful, comfortable and I got compliments all night! I felt like a princess! I took advice from others who said the dress was long and got it petite and it worked perfectly with my 3 inch heels :) The only reason why I gave this dress 4 stars instead of 5 is because the zipper was ridiculously hard to zip up (not because it didn't fit but because of the built in corset). I had to go to a local boutique whose owner was kind enough to help me figure it out. That being said, I felt like Cinderella!
