I loved this dress so much that I didn't want to send it back! It fit like a dream and hugged my curves in the most flattering way. The color is a nice, dark maroon and the material is heavy enough that it's great for a colder climate. The 4 was a perfect fit and I'm very tempted to rent it again for a different occasion!

I had been eyeing this dress for awhile and decided to rent it for a friend's bachelorette party. Unfortunately, I didn't end up wearing it and luckily had another dress in my closet to wear instead. The dress is nice and high quality, but it didn't live up to expectations. I went for the 8 because it was recommended to size up, but it was a bit too big and ended up being shapeless (there was no 6 in stock for a backup size, either). The design in front isn't as vibrant as the picture makes it seem. Overall, I might have actually worn the dress if I had a smaller size, and I think if I hadn't had such high expectations I would have loved it more.

I rented this as a backup dress. I ended up basing the sizing and length off of other reviews, and since the 4L was the only one available, I went with that since I'm usually between a 4 and 6. The 4L was HUGE. It felt like I was wearing a sack. I definitely could have gone for a 2 or 0. The material is also very heavy and very coarse. I don't know if I would have worn this even if I had liked the fit. The color is also less of a navy and more of a blackish blue. It was nowhere near the dress I was expecting, and I'm glad my first choice ended up working out.

It took me awhile to like this dress and I was on the fence about wearing it. The material is darker than the model picture, which I appreciated and I like the way it was draped in front, which is very forgiving to any problem areas you may want to hide. It definitely highlighted my curves, though it was not all that forgiving of my hips. The material looks really shiny in photographs, but not so much in person. I ended up wearing 4 inch heels and the dress still brushed the top of my feet. I wore this for a black tie masquerade for a graduate school event and it served its purpose fairly well. It was also fairly easy to accessorize with (I went for all silver), which was nice. I did receive a lot of compliments on the dress - there were TONS of RTR dresses at my event and I had a few people even say they were thinking of renting the same dress! This was my first RTR experience, and I'm fairly satisfied with the overall outcome.

I've never used fashion tape before, but oh, how I wish I had! Hindsight is 20/20, I guess. This tape helped me tape a bra in place wonderfully. I have very sensitive skin, but the tape didn't bother me at all when it was applied or removed. This is definitely a must have from here on out!

The earrings were much larger and heavier than I expected and a bit too gaudy and costumey for my taste. They're definitely a statement piece of that's what you're looking for, but I ended up not wearing them and went with something smaller and classier that I already owned. They're decent earrings, but in the end they just weren't my preferred style.
