Definitely runs large, I'm a size 10 usually (pants/jeans) and I wore a size 6 very comfortably in this dress. I only wish that it had pockets!

I'm 5'6", 175lb, usually wear an 8- 10 in jeans. I rented this dress for a November country club wedding and it was perfect. High quality thick material with enough stretch to easily dance all night long! Kept its shape well. Did ride up a little throughout the night from the shoulders but easy adjustments to fix... I love the neckline, got plenty of compliments.
