I so wished this bag was more green and less blackish-green for the green Halston Heritage dress I wore. I ended up using a gold box clutch b/c this one (although it's also Halston Heritage) clashed with the green. It looked like a perfect match on the website - it is darker in real life! Given that, it's gorgeous. Could be a bit bigger but will fit a phone and lipstick. Will keep it in mind in the future.

This is a style that works best on tall, athletic shapes. The fabric is thin and the fit snug so unless you want to be sucking in your stomach all night - do your crunches before renting! The arms are also on the snug side so if you are VERY muscular or bigger in the arm this dress won't work. The fabric is a sort of pebble-lace design which adds interest but not overly patterned.

LOVE the 70's vintage vibe. Big enough for a lipstick powder compact and cell phone. It really gave some pizzaz to my chic but plain black halter gown. Almost a piece of jewelry!

fit is nice and tight for a small wrist (adjustable too) may be better on girls with longer slim arms so it doesn't come off as too 'gladiator'

Did not wear this dress. I got it for a casual beachy event & dress was VERY short! Granted I'm 5'9" but still... Also kinda baggy fit while at the same time a bit too small?! I'm a skinny/athletic body type. I found the dress to be neither here nor there in almost everyway - or in other words kinda meh!

SO loved the way this dress looked in the photo and I'm built like the model. I am 5' 91/2" and a slim 36 - 25 - 36" Usually I'm a size 4 - but since this looked stretchy I also got it in the 2 for back up. Sadly neither worked - here's why: The top fits very fitted and the bottom is enormous! I fit the 4 on top (which was perfect) and the 2 on the bottom (which was still a quite roomy!?) Also the peplum does not show/stick out like in the photo. It lays much flatter and is not as pronounced and cute. I was heartbroken. On the plus side, the length and color were great! If you are EXTREMELY pear shaped - this is your dress!

This dress looked GREAT in photo but different in real life. Also when I tried it on it fit very strange -maybe because I'm long waisted? Better for 5'5" or shorter?
