Sexy But Not In Your Face
The sheer panels are only noticeable if you are standing in front of a light or outside. Inside at night, you cannot see they are more opaque that you would think. This dress is comfortable with a capital C. If you have a tummy, it is not for you. It is very form fitting from the bust through the hip. I also have trouble deciding on length with gowns. I'm 5'7", and I seem to always be on the bubble. One designer's Long is another designer's Regular. The Long in this dress is L-O-N-G. I needed to wear very high heels (5"). Not great for a night of dancing. The Regular, unfortunately, is short, even if you wear flats.

Fun Dress
I liked this dress, but it looked a little flashy for the event I was attending. I think the size you normally wear would be fine if you are under a C cup. Larger, I'd size up because there is a lot of bust shown.

I've worn a lot of dresses to too many black tie events, but I do not recall ever getting so many compliments. I went up a size because the size 4 was damaged. Ugh! The sleeves are quite narrow.

Beautiful
The detailing on this dress is outstanding. The color is a little flat. I did rent it for a black tie event, but thought it just wasn't right for the occasion. If you are looking for the perfect Mother-of-the-Groom dress, this is it. Your role may be to wear beige and keep quiet, but this dress is anything but subdued. It is striking.

FANTASTIC!
Pros: Moves with you, comfortable, classic with an edge, works for most body shapes. Cons: The fabric is a bit shiny for my taste, which cheapens the overall look of this impeccably designed dress.

Wanted it to work.
I loved this dress. Unfortunately, this is for girls blessed with wide shoulders. When trying on the dress, the straps kept slipping off the shoulder. There are snaps in the shoulder straps to hook on a bra which would have fixed the problem, however, I tried at least 10 bras but all of them showed. A strapless bra would work much better, but you have to have wide enough shoulders to keep the straps up. A disappointing try for me this time around on both of the dresses I ordered for a formal party. Neither dress worked, so I wore something I already owned. RTW would send another dress, at an additional cost of about $30 for overnight shipping. With over $125 already spent, I decided to cut my losses.

Good from afar, but far from good!
Badgley Mischka's dresses are smaller than other designers, so take this into consideration when renting/purchasing this designer. This dress runs very, very short. It's good for girls who are short, but not too good for those of us who are not. Even the long length won't do for anyone over 5'7" in bare feel. Loved the look of the gown, but could not wear it as it was too short.

Good from afar, but far from good.
This is a lovely dress, but I did not wear it. The pictures do not truly reflect how sparkly this dress is. It would be fine for an evening cocktail party, but a little to much for an early evening wedding. I was disappointed in the fabric. With the European mills producing such beautiful fabrics that are also wearable, I see no reason to be uncomfortable. This dress is cut form fitting, and looks great when standing. It would be great if we were mannequins, but we ladies move. This dress is not for you if you want to raise your arms. There is absolutely no give to the fabric. So old school technology.

Very cute dress, wish I could have worn it.
This dress is adorable. Unfortunately, the lace at the bodice was not attached to the underlining nude slip, and the slip peeked out about 1-1/2" above the lace. This dressed arrived in need of repair.

I was so comfortable in this dress from 6:00 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. What more could you want?
This dress was beautiful and perfect for a black tie event. In addition, it's a dress that works for multiple ages and body types. My only complaint is, like others have repeatedly mentioned, short. I'm 5'7" and ordered the extra length. Even still, I could not wear the shoes I originally intended and needed to drop down to a much lower heel. This dress fit well in the waist/hips, but could have used another inch in the bust. However, that is not an uncommon problem for me.

Dang, too bad.
I loved this dress. It runs a little larger than true to size, but not enough to size down. Unfortunately, the bodice was in need of repair and the stitching on the "collar" was ripped, so it did not attach at the shoulder or bodice. I was unable to wear it.

I normally wear a size 2, but found I needed to move up at least two sizes in this dress. This is a beautiful dress, but it is better for smaller busted women. It was a loose in the hips, but way to tight in the bust and I was spilling out over the top. As much as I loved it, I couldn't wear it.
