Loved how the pattern changes gave shape when wearing. Wore out to dinner and to work with a Jean jacket. I typically wear a size 0-2 dress and size 4 pants and the dress fit great. Might be tight with a bigger chest. The eyelets on the chest is the dress are not see through but they are on the legs. For work when I was planning to sit next to others in all day meetings I wore longer spanx.
