I ended up wearing my back-up dress instead. This dress is really pretty but wasn't right for the occasion. Runs small and is short (I am only 5'2 and it was still short). Definitely order a size up. A little binding...no stretch at all. Pretty details, though!

The look, fit and cut of this dress were great! Thick fabric. Runs a little big. Received tons of compliments all night. Highly recommend especially if you are petite. I am 5'2 and it was still short.

This is a great dress. Black and gold metallic fabric...not the olive color that it looks on the website. A little ill-fitting on the top because of the way it is draped, but nothing that some fashion tape couldn't fix. I am short (5'2) and the 6R barely hit the floor with 3 inch heels on. I would go with the long size if you are taller than 5'3 and planning on wearing heels. I would also order a smaller size as your back-up (in the long, though). I had plenty of room in the 6. The dress does not cling at all and is well made. A little scratchy but modern and elegant.

I rented this for a formal event. The color is much prettier in person (has a pink hue to it). I am 5'2 and the 4R was very long, even with 4 inch heels...but didn't drag the floor. I am normally a size 6, but the 4 was perfect. I would order a size down as your back-up. The top is really drapey and low cut, but not obnoxious. You can wear a racer-back style bra or a normal one with the attachment that makes it a racer-back style. The material is thick and fully lined, so it does not cling. Great dress!

I wear a size 6 in most dresses. I normally go up a size in Milly to an 8, but needed the 10 on the bottom. the Bottom is a very straight fit. I ordered the 8 & the 10 and although the 8 zipped...it was a little snug. I am only 5'2 and the dress was short...mid thigh. I wore it to a February wedding with tights and heels...got a TON of compliments. The bow is VERY large...but totally made it a fun party dress.
