I added these to my rental last minute when I realized I didn't own any earrings to complement my wedding outfit. Unlike chandelier earrings I've worn in the past, they were fairly lightweight and comfortable. They did get twisted around a bit throughout the afternoon/evening, but overall I was very satisfied.

Rent the Runway contacted me the day before my rental was supposed to ship to inform me that the original dress I had selected wasn't available in my size. They were generous enough to send me an alternate dress (along with the original dress I chose in the size I had) and helped me pick a bag that would go with either option. When none of those dresses worked out, I had to go back to customer service to select a dress that would be available in time for the Saturday wedding. This clutch came through and matched every single dress that I tried on, including one I brought from my own closet. It was smaller than expected (for those wondering, yes, it's big enough to accomodate a Hot Pocket, though customer service advised me against it... instead I managed to fit some cash, lipstick, mini mascara, my ID and a pack of gum. The blackberry used in the photo is to show scale (I used my phone to take the pics). I have an S5, which was a tight squeeze, but there was more than enough room for an iphone, in case you were wondering. The particular clutch I received was a little bend (photo 3), but I'm sure i was the only one who noticed. It also looks like it comes with a chain strap, which would have been nice, but I don't believe RTR includes it with the rental. Highly recommended!

I ran into a snafu with the original dress I rented for this wedding and had to have an alternative overnighted to me. When the alternate didn't fit I thought I was completely out of luck, but RTR pulled through and managed to overnight me not only this dress, but two other dresses (with backup sizes for the other two styles) This particular dress was a dream rental, but was only available in one size, so I was nervous to try it on and saved it for last out of the seven (!!!) that arrived at the hotel the morning of the wedding! There was a struggle and a moment of panic zipping it up, but as long as you have a friend (or two) to help you, you shouldn't have any issues. The zipper's on the side, and with the delicate mesh overlay, it's a little awkward to reach/hold the dress together. As I said, the 4 fit me well. I'm usually a 2, but with designer sizes tend to err on the side of caution and size up. In this case I'm glad I did. I ended up not being able to wear a bra, but felt supported and secure throughout the night. I was very comfortable, and received an insane amount of complements. Cons: The belt slips! I couldn't find an effective way of preventing it from loosening throughout the evening. As a result, it wasn't the most slimming/flattering look in a lot of photos (see photo #3) so I'd probably wear some sort of shapewear if I rented it again!

I loved this dress in concept, but it just didn't work for my body type. I'm short, and athletic, but I have curves. The cutouts ended up hitting me at a super awkward part of my torso, and the same across the bust made my chest look flat and awkward. I was comfortable with the length, but I could see it being a little short for someone with longer legs than I.

Love, love, LOVED this dress. Wore it out to dinner followed by karaoke for my birthday. I wish I'd listened to other reviewers and ordered up a size, because the sleeves were super tight around my forearms, and the skirt bunched up awkwardly across my rear. Thank GOD for RTR's amazing customer service- they were able to overnight me the next size up, which fit perfectly. I got a zillion complements and was so pleased with my rental! I was glad to see that double stick tape was included in the package. The neckline would have been far too revealing otherwise. I did use small safety pin to keep it a bit more secure which was clutch given my enthusiastic karaoke singing...

I got these as a stylist surprise to complement the dress I wore for my birthday. They were beautiful and unexpected. Loved the extra bling, but they went a little better with my alternate dress (Shoshanna's Trapped in Love Dress). I will say that I had trouble with one of the earrings- the post was slightly bent when it arrived and it actually fell off at one point during the evening. I ended up having to take them off and store them in my bag to make sure I didn't lose them!

I wore this out for my birthday this past April. It was the perfect party dress and definitely gave me a little extra sparkle. I'm a sucker for sequins, and the navy blue color was beautiful and not at all overpowering. I accessorized with a "stylist surprise" and couldn't have been happier with the result. I loved the combination of the long sleeves with the open back. Made it perfect on a chilly night, but not too warm on the dance floor.
