It was loose everywhere but the bust since at the last minute I went with this choice and they only had one size bigger. Be careful when walking--heels get caught in the netting. If you are very busty the dress may not be the most conservative :)

The sequins on top look very cheap in person. I am always a size 2, and this would not zip over my bust. I am a C-cup so its not like I am super large in my chest area so was upset this didn't work at all. If you are bust-y be sure to size up 1-2 sizes or go with another option all together. Good thing there is a RTR in Georgetown for such a dress emergency! Ended up with a great dress!

This dress worked well for a New York birthday party at a supper club! Its dressy but not formal or stuffy! I got several compliments on it! I am really glad RTR offered this shade as I saw it on Net-a-Porter in a more medium-blue/navy that wasn't as flattering. I wore the 2 which is what I am typically; but it was a pretty snug around my chest and has a pretty tight corset built in so I didn't have to wear a strapless bra with it; granted I am a B-cup. Its not super short either which keeps it more refined, also.
