Love the pattern
This pattern was so cute I chose to ignore the heavier fabric that added a few visual pounds to my hips. I paired it with a fitted top to offset the look and it was just right.

The cut outs are a little weird
I ended up not wearing this dress because the cut outs are just a little weird. They did not add a style element in my opinion, just looked off and awkward.
